By accessing and using Chatroom.bet ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Chatroom.bet is a social entertainment platform that provides live sports chat rooms, virtual prediction games, and gamification features. The Service uses virtual currency ("Coins") that has no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. This is NOT a gambling platform - all activities are for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Virtual Currency

Coins are virtual tokens used within the Service for entertainment purposes. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money or items of value. Coins may be earned through platform activities such as daily rewards, predictions, and achievements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the virtual currency system at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users accounts
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • Share spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any accumulated Coins or achievements. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, COINS, OR OTHER VIRTUAL ITEMS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
